Who are we?
Midlothian PlayBase was established in 2003 through funding from Midlothian Council's Early Years and Childcare Partnership. We provide educational resources available for lending to early learning and childcare professionals and PEEP practitioners in Midlothian. The resources aim to support all areas of a child's development and offer broader learning through play experiences.
Educational Resource Centre
We offer a choice of over 2,000 resources; games, books, soft play, outdoor play equipment and much more. In addition our Topic Boxes are aimed to support targeted learning outcomes in line with Curriculum for Excellence.
